Who RCI Has Worked For
RCI has worked for a lot of different customers during our time in business,
some of the names you might recognize are:
- ShowBiz Pizza - The corporate offices for all the Chuck E. Cheese
restaurants nationwide. RCI wrote all the programs for, and helped install, their
new 60 seat call center (operated by Dacotah Marketing & Research), which takes reservations
for their stores all over the United States. When you call your local store you will be
talking with a person in North Dakota. Be sure to ask them how the
weather is.
- NBC - RCI did a
complete office reorganization of their courier division, Independent
News Courier. Besides the general office reorganization, like arranging
furniture, RCI also installed new computers with customized programs which keep
track of their couriers and customer's packages and linked all that to the
installed accounting system to provide automatic billing and payroll.
- Ameron Pole Products -
They supply 80% of California's concrete light polls as well as shipping nation
wide. RCI installed and maintained their Local Area Network (LAN), which
connected to an IBM AS400.
RCI also processed the state of
Washington and state of California's sales tax returns.
- ASCAP - You may
recognize them as one of the leading music composer representatives in Los
Angeles. RCI did maintenance on their computers and LAN.
- Miller Brewery - There plant in Irwindale where they make
Red Dog beer (what a
ride!). If you have never toured a brewery, I highly recommend it! While we
were there adjusting the computerized paging system, we got a good look at how
they make and package beer.
Who RCI Has Worked With
Some affiliated companies (who the 'we' is) RCI has worked closely with in the
past on joint projects are:
-
Telcom Automation, Inc. - A place for all your business telephone needs,
- S&MC2 - A company in Washington DC providing a similar telephony service
as Telcom Automation, and
- SalWare Designs - RCI has worked with Sal on several different speaker
dependent and in-dependent voice recognition projects.
