Trade Shows
We're proud to be able to say that a product we created has been demonstrated at several different trade shows. Trade shows represent the cutting edge technology that's available today or will be tomorrow. While not everything we do would be considered 'cutting edge', our customers think so when we present them with new ideas to help there businesses grow.

The product receiving the most recognition is the PhoneLink product. PhoneLink is a computer phone written in both Visual C++ and Visual Basic and works with a multitude of different hardware platforms and integrates with other commercial software packages. The trade shows it has been demonstrated at are:

  • the fall 1994 and fall 1995 COMDEX computer shows in Las Vegas (it was seen in the Microsoft Pavilion and seven other booths!),
  • the Spring 1994 and Spring 1995 Computer Telephony Conference (www.ctexpo.com) show in Dallas, and
  • the Spring 1996 and Spring 1997 Computer Telephony Conference (www.ctexpo.com) show in Los Angeles.

We are in print too!
PhoneLink has also been seen in magazine articles (such as the 'Products of the Year' section of Computer Telephony Magazine, December 1995, page 34) and brochures like Telrad's Advertising Supplement (PhoneLink is a "Telrad Approved Application").

The project receiving the most recent recognition is Show Biz Pizza's national reservation system, which takes calls from all over the country and books birthday reservation parties for their stores. This 60 seat call center project was completed with the help of four other companies as a team effort with ours handling all of the customized software that was required. You can see the article that was published by Pacific Bell in their Fall 1996 Netword magazine.

NOTE: Although the articles we discuss here had a lot to do with telephony, let me say now that they are only examples of some of the larger projects we have done in the last couple of years and by no means should that be taken as the only thing we can do (we've been in business 10 years), but should be recognized as an achievement and a display of our versatility, since, before these projects, we had no telephony experience at all!
